How We Support Your Nonprofit

Recruit Volunteers

Our volunteer opportunity database supports more than *800 nonprofit organizations, helping recruit, retain, and engage volunteers to advance your mission. Post one-time, on-going, hands-on, group, pro bono opportunities and more! You can also post in-kind needs such as food, hygiene items, and other essential supplies.

Build Your Capacity

Through our Pro Bono Advisory Program, we accelerate your impact through pro bono. We offer the Pro Bono Best Practices & Scoping Workshop, deliver Connected For Change events, and connect nonprofits with our corporate partners who lead pro bono programs.

Network and Support

Our nonprofit membership connects you to a broader community of supporters, increasing your reach to recruit passionate volunteers while gaining access to meaningful capacity-building opportunities. It also provides opportunities for peer learning, shared resources, and valuable connections that strengthen your organization’s impact.

  • "If there is one organization that continues to show up for us and always at just the right time, it's HandsOn Twin Cities. Not only does their volunteer opportunities database deliver a lot of our remote volunteers, but they also advocate for our mission with their corporate partners and deliver incredible hygiene kits. We are endlessly grateful for their role in promoting and powering our small (but growing!) nonprofit."

We’ve benefited from many of the services offered, from workshops, networking, newsletters, pro bono support, and corporate projects.
