Laura Rosenberg (she/her) is a Corporate Project Planner at HandsOn Twin Cities. In this role, Laura plans hands-on volunteer events and projects for corporate partners that support nonprofit and community partners across the Twin Cities.
Laura has spent the majority of her career in higher education, where she centered student success and well-being in everything she did. While working in Residence Life, she oversaw a team of student staff dedicated to creating positive and supportive on-campus living experiences. As an academic advisor, Laura guided students through their academic journeys while connecting them to campus resources to help them thrive. She is especially proud of developing and launching a basic needs program at Santa Clara University to ensure students have access to the resources they need to be successful. Most recently, Laura worked at a marketing agency as a Project Manager, where she strengthened her project management skills and partnered closely with teams to meet client goals.
In her work, Laura is most energized by building relationships with people. She is committed to building trust, creating spaces rooted in dignity, and meeting people where they are. Above all, Laura strives to ensure that individuals and communities feel heard, valued, and supported.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys nurturing her houseplants, crafting, puzzling, reading, playing board games, and kayaking. She is also a novice Dungeons & Dragons player and has been part of a long-running campaign with her partner and college friends for six years.
