Description: Job seekers choose a position they would be interested in and then participate in a mock interview for that position with a volunteer interviewer. Volunteers play the role of the interviewer/employer and ask normal interview questions. Conduct the interview as you would if it were real, only at the end you give feedback to the individual - what they did well, dos and don'ts, how they can improve before their next real life interview.
