Pro Bono Advisory Program

Supporting nonprofits and small businesses through high-impact capacity-building pro bono projects by leveraging corporate sector talent. Launched in 2018 as a core program of HOTC.

HOTC’s Pro Bono Advisory Team is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly easy and fun to work with. We have partnered multiple times with this team and each experience leaves our employees wanting more and eager to learn more ways to support nonprofits with their own skills and expertise. They are our go-to resource for any and all skills-based volunteering!
— Kelly Bukowski, Land O’Lakes
The Pro Bono Advisory Team at HandsOn took our concept and brought their expertise to help design a program that delivers impact to the community and our team members. Beyond design, the knowledge and skills they possess in implementation, program management, all the way through evaluation, was critical in standing up a sustainable program with measurable results.
