Volunteer reports to: Communications & Fundraising Coordinator
Summary: The Social Media Analytics Specialist will work in conjunction with the Communications & Fundraising Coordinator to review and access Facebook and LinkedIn analytics to create a detailed social media plan that will increase page likes and engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Complete regular reviews of social media analytics
*Compile analytics data into organized spreadsheet
*Create reports on analytics findings
*Other duties as assigned.
*Must be proficient in social media analytics
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Positive attitude and works respectfully with staff and community members
*Dependable and reliable
*Pass a background check
Training & Supervision:
*Supervision conducted by Communications & Fundraising Coordinator
*Weekly check-ins to discuss progress and next steps
*All volunteers complete a 60 day evaluation.
*Volunteer may work remotely
