Adult Volunteer Opportunities
There are a variety of ways for you to get involved and volunteer at Minnesota Children's Museum! Whether you'd prefer to play in the galleries or assist behind the scenes in the office, we have a great opportunity for you to spark children’s learning through play Minnesota Children's Museum.
- Playologist:play with visitors in 10 new permanent galleries and provide customer service
- Studio Assistant:lead informal creative arts and STEM/Maker activities in the brand new Studio
- Group Assistant: help birthday parties, field trips, and school groups have a memorable visit
- Helping Hand Volunteer: lend a hand wherever you are needed most!

Skilled Volunteer Opportunities
Looking for a meaningful way to utilize your professional skills and build your resume? We're looking for skilled volunteers for projects in human resources, evaluation, and technology. We'll leverage your professional skills to strengthen our infrastructure and build capacity to meet our mission. Youth Volunteer Opportunities
High school students can PLAY, LEARN and SERVE at Minnesota Children's Museum by joining our Play Team. This is a great opportunity for teens to have fun, gain experience and give back to our community.
Minnesota Children’s Museum offers a variety of unique internships that are an opportunity for you to gain practical experience and develop workplace skills. Internships at the Museum are part-time (about 10 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks). About 20 positions are available during each term and there are three terms each year. Applicants typically have completed at least one year of college and must be at least 18 years old.
