In a neighborhood that had been dominated by devastation and abandoned buildings, Hope Community now owns and manages 126 units of rental housing (90% affordable) along with outdoor and indoor community space, gardens and playgrounds. More housing will soon be under construction. Throughout the year, Hope Community engages hundreds of youth, adults and families in opportunities for learning, leadership and community building.
