The HandsOn Twin Cities Youth Advisory Board is passionate about engaging young people in meaningful service projects.  These days funding is often difficult to find, so we want to help.  Schools, faith-based groups, and other nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply for a mini-grant to make sure youth still have the opportunity to get engaged in service.  If you could use up to $1000 to develop and provide volunteering opportunities for young people in the Twin Cities, download and submit a grant application by Monday, August 9, 2010!

Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a registered 501(c)(3) organization, including schools, faith-based group, or other nonprofit.
Must intend to engage youth within the HandsOn Twin Cities service area, which includes the MN Counties of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington.

Grant awards will be chosen by the HandsOn Twin Cities Youth Advisory Board, and winners will be notified by mid August, 2010.
