Volunteer Expo 2009!
  Back To Main

Preparations for the 2009
Volunteer Expo have started!

Download a ready to print poster and
help us advertise our Volunteer Expo!

Host a child’s birthday party.  Blog or write newsletters.  Befriend new refugees. Knit or crochet prayer shawls.  Teach a fitness class.  Build a trail.  The variety of volunteer needs in the Twin Cities is endless!

Learn about these unique opportunities and other ways to make a difference in our community at the fourth annual HandsOn Twin Cities Volunteer Expo at the Mall of America. Visit with representatives from over 100 nonprofit organizations and find the perfect fit for you or your group.  Discover opportunities to give as little as two hours or as much as two years—you’ll find it all at the Volunteer Expo!

You will also have the chance to enjoy entertainment on the Best Buy® Rotunda stage, get some hands-on experience by “speed volunteering,” watch the Be the Change awards and register for prizes and silent auction items!

Stop by the HandsOn Twin Cities Volunteer Expo on February 21st to discover how you can “Be the Change!”

Interested in volunteering at the expo? Many volunteer opportunities are still available in the following areas:

If you're an affiliate and would like to reserve a booth at the Expo email Katie.

If you would like to sponsor or provide in-kind support to the Expo please email Zeeda.

If you would like to submit an idea for a speed volunteering opportunity please email Tyler.
