Important things to note if creating a team to participate in activities:
- Invitations The system will send an email to all team members inviting them to join your team. They must accept this invitation before you will be able to sign them up for projects
- Restrictions - Members of your team who do not meet certain eligibility requirements may be unable to participate in certain projects or courses
- Age If members of your group do not meet the minimum age requirements, you will not be able to sign them up for projects. Please call our office at 612-379-4900 for assistance.
- Court Ordered Volunteers Court ordered volunteers are prohibited from participating in certain projects. If members of your group are court referred, you may not be able to sign them up for certain projects.
- Check Availability - if you sign up members of your team, they are automatically signed up for that activity, so please check they are available and wish to participate before signing them up
Maximum Team Size Allowed All teams are asked to be respectful of this when signing up for projects. Within each project description, you should see "Maximum Team Size Allowed." This will state the maximum number of people that one team is permitted to sign up for that project. While the system may allow you to sign up more than this, please honor this number
